All of these files were put together by a person who wishes to remain
anonymous. The reason for his anonymity is related to a project that
he is currently working. The TOPIC.TXT file discusses areas of the |TOPIC
file. Some of these are things I covered, some are things I made mistakes
on, and some are things I didn't get to.
I will keep updated information on my BBS at (703) 503-3021.
I will also post this information on CompuServe, although I'm not sure
which forum I can make it available in at this time.
